EFGBG is guided by five esteemed patrons, with U Hla Win, a retired director of the Administration Department of the Office of the Union Attorney General, serving as the principal and lead patron. Our education division, EFGES, and Study Around The World each have five dedicated education advisors. Overseeing all educational initiatives, our Education Advisory Board (EAB) unites seven doctoral holders from diverse disciplines, bringing decades of experience as educators and professors. With expertise spanning linguistics, management, economics, psychology, education, arts and humanities, science, and engineering, we are committed to providing tailored guidance, effective teaching methods, and strategic career advice. His responsibilities are broad and multifaceted, encompassing leadership, decision-making, and oversight. His core responsibilities can be grouped in to 10 sectors namely: Strategic Portfolio Management, Financial Oversight and Capital Allocation, Governance and Compliance, Leadership and Oversight of Subsidiaries, Stakeholder Management, Value Creation and Synergy Realization, Risk Management, Long-Term Planning and Vision, Corporate Culture and Values and Crisis Management for group of companies.

She has to lead diverse teams, manage resources effectively, and navigate complex challenges is key to achieving the group’s goals.

Daw Khin Myo Aye is responsible for overseeing the operations, strategy, and growth of EFG education service that provides services to students and coordinate with academic institutions. She has to balance educational excellence with business performance. She has dual priorities of delivering high-quality educational support and running a successful business. She has to build strong relationships, and adapt to the dynamic landscape of higher education.
